Key Responsibilities

- Generate sales through company-provided leads and self-generated references.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable real estate investment opportunities.
- Conduct property presentations and site visits with prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat and referral business.
- Follow up with prospects and convert inquiries into successful bookings.
- Negotiate and close deals while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and provide regular sales updates.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Eligibility





- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
- 1–5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication and a solid passion for sales may also apply.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Customer-focused with a result-oriented approach.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
