Advanced Grohair & GloSkin Clinic is hiring Call Center Executives for our Outbound Voice Process. We are looking for energetic and target-driven professionals with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients.
- Convert leads into appointments.
- Follow up with customers and maintain relationships.
- Explain clinic services and offers.
- Update call records and CRM.
- Meet daily and monthly targets.
Eligibility
- Experience: 1–3 years in Outbound Voice Process.
- Candidates from the Aesthetic, Cosmetic, Healthcare,
Skin & Hair Clinic, Wellness, or Healthcare BPO industry will be preferred.
- Fluency in English, Telugu, and Hindi is mandatory.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and customer service skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
