Responsibilities

​Hardware Installation & Configuration: Deploy, assemble, and set up PCs, laptops, servers, printers, point-of-sale (POS) systems, and peripheral devices.

​Network Infrastructure Setup: Route and terminate Ethernet cables (Cat5e/Cat6), mount Wi-Fi access points, install routers, switches, and patch panels.

​In office Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose physical hardware failures, replace faulty components (motherboards, hard drives, power supplies), and fix connectivity issues.

​Routine Maintenance & Upgrades: Perform preventative maintenance on network hardware, upgrade physical server infrastructure, and replace aging equipment.

​Ticketing & Documentation: Log service visits, update asset management databases, document network topology changes,



and update job details in field management software.

​User Training & Support: Guide on-site staff on how to use new hardware/systems and walk end-users through basic troubleshooting steps.

Educational Qualification:

HS/Graduate

Technical Qualification:

Advance Diploma / Diploma training in relevant skill

Experience:

Min 3 years Technical Experience on relevant field

Preference:

Driving Licence

Language: Bengali, Hindi, English

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
