Job Overview

Spire Dimensions is looking for an experienced Meta Ads & Google Ads Executive who can plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns while managing our social media presence. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in paid advertising, lead generation, and social media management.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube).
- Manage Meta Ads campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
- Generate high-quality leads while maintaining target CPL and ROAS.
- Handle daily posting and management of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X).
- Create engaging social media content, captions, and campaign strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Meta Pixel.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Prepare weekly and monthly campaign performance reports.
- Work closely with the design and content teams to create high-performing ad creatives.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and social media.

Required Skills

- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Robust knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Meta Pixel.
- Experience in social media management and content planning.




- Good understanding of SEO fundamentals and lead generation strategies.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple advertising campaigns simultaneously.

Educational Qualifications

Candidates with any of the following qualifications are eligible:

- BCA (Bachelor of Computer Applications)
- MCA (Master of Computer Applications)
- B.Tech (Any Specialization)
- M.Tech (Any Specialization)
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Candidates with a Digital Marketing Certification/Course from a recognized institute are also eligible.

Preferred Qualifications

- Google Ads Certification and Meta Blueprint Certification are an added advantage.
- Experience in the Architecture, Construction, Interior Design, or Real Estate industry is preferred.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or basic video editing tools is a plus.
