Role Overview

A Fashion Consultant is responsible for delivering an exceptional in-store customer experience by providing personalized styling advice, assisting customers in selecting products, and driving sales. The role requires strong fashion awareness, customer engagement skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Understand customer needs and provide personalized styling and outfit recommendations
- Drive individual and store sales targets through effective selling techniques
- Stay updated on current fashion trends, styles, and product knowledge
- Maintain store presentation, visual merchandising (VM), and cleanliness standards
- Assist in stock replenishment, inventory checks, and product display
- Handle billing processes and ensure smooth checkout experience
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business
- Support promotional activities, offers, and in-store events

Preferred Background

- Experience in retail, fashion, apparel, or lifestyle brands




- Robust interest in fashion trends and styling Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic understanding of POS systems and billing processes

Qualifications

- Minimum: 12th | Graduate (preferred)
- Certification in fashion styling or design (optional but an advantage)
