Position: Public Relations (PR) Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and creative Public Relations Intern to support our branding and media outreach initiatives. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for storytelling, and an interest in media relations and corporate communications.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in developing and executing PR campaigns.
- Draft press releases, media pitches, articles, and corporate communications.
- Build and maintain relationships with media professionals, influencers, and partners.
- Monitor media coverage and prepare daily/weekly PR reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams for branding and communication activities.
- Research industry trends, competitors, and media opportunities.
- Support event planning, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
- Manage PR databases and maintain media contact lists.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree completed or pursuing in Mass Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing,



or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong research and content writing abilities.
- Positive interpersonal and networking skills.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and digital communication.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

- Creative thinking and storytelling.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Basic understanding of media relations and branding.
- Familiarity with Canva or basic design tools is an added advantage.
