About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Academic Head to lead and manage the academic operations of our institution in Nilambur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining academic excellence, leading faculty members, enhancing student performance, and ensuring the smooth execution of all academic activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and supervise the faculty team.
- Plan, implement, and monitor academic schedules and curriculum.
- Ensure high-quality teaching standards and academic excellence.
- Conduct faculty evaluations, training, and performance reviews.
- Monitor student attendance, academic progress, and overall performance.
- Coordinate examinations, assessments, and academic events.
- Develop strategies to improve student outcomes and satisfaction.
- Maintain academic records and prepare management reports.
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies and quality standards.




- Collaborate with management to achieve academic and organizational goals.

Qualifications

- Master's Degree (PG) is preferred.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in academic administration or educational leadership.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and academic documentation.
