About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Flutter Developer to design, build, and maintain high-performance cross-platform mobile applications. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences across iOS and Android from a single codebase.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop robust, scalable mobile applications using Flutter and Dart
- Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality, responsive code
- Integrate RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party SDKs
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following best practices
- Collaborate with backend developers to define API contracts
- Optimize application performance, memory usage, and load times
- Debug and resolve bugs, crashes, and performance bottlenecks
- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers (for senior roles)
- Manage app deployment to Google Play Store and Apple App Store
- Stay current with Flutter/Dart updates, mobile design trends, and industry best practices
- Work within Agile/Scrum development processes

Required Skills & Qualifications





- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- [X]+ years of hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart
- Robust understanding of state management solutions (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, GetX, etc.)
- Experience integrating REST APIs and handling JSON data
- Familiarity with native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C) development is a plus
- Proficiency with version control systems, especially Git
- Experience with Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Push Notifications) or similar BaaS platforms
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines for mobile app deployment
- Knowledge of local storage solutions (SQLite, Hive, Shared Preferences)
- Familiarity with app publishing processes (Play Store/App Store guidelines)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment

Nice to Have

- Experience with unit testing and widget testing in Flutter
- Knowledge of platform channels for native code integration
- Experience with performance profiling tools
- Exposure to design systems and component libraries
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
