Job Title: Accountant

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail‑oriented **Accountant** to manage daily accounting activities, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure compliance with statutory and organizational requirements. The ideal candidate will support financial reporting, taxation, and audit processes.

Key Responsibilities

* Maintain books of accounts including journal entries, ledgers, and vouchers

* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

* Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable

* Perform bank, cash, and ledger reconciliations

* Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns

* Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning

* Maintain proper documentation for audits and compliance

* Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and banks

* Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and company policies

* Support payroll processing and related accounting entries





Skills & Competencies

* Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices

* Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, ERP, SAP, or similar)

* Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel

* Understanding of GST, TDS, and basic Income Tax

* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

* Good analytical and problem‑solving skills

* Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Accounting (B.Com)

Experience

* 1–2years of relevant accounting experience

* Freshers with strong accounting knowledge can also apply (optional)

Work Location

* Belapur, Navi Mumbai

* Salary : 10,000 to 20,000 depends on the performance

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
