About Naad Wellness

Naad Wellness is a premium integrative wellness retreat focused on holistic healing through Naturopathy, Ayurveda, Yoga, Physiotherapy, Nutrition, and Lifestyle Medicine. We are committed to helping guests achieve sustainable health through evidence-based natural therapies and personalized wellness programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct detailed patient consultations, health assessments, and case history evaluations.
- Develop individualized naturopathy treatment plans based on guests' health conditions and wellness goals.
- Prescribe and supervise naturopathy therapies including hydrotherapy, mud therapy, fasting therapy, diet therapy, massage therapies, and lifestyle modifications.
- Collaborate with Ayurveda doctors, Yoga instructors, Physiotherapists, Nutritionists, and therapists for integrated patient care.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans when required.
- Educate guests on preventive healthcare, nutrition, stress management, and healthy lifestyle practices.
- Maintain accurate medical records and treatment documentation.
- Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, hygiene standards, and patient safety guidelines.
- Participate in wellness workshops, health talks,



and guest education programs.
- Support continuous quality improvement initiatives within the wellness centre.

Qualifications

- BNYS (Bachelor of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences) – Mandatory.
- Valid registration with the appropriate State Medical Council/Board (where applicable).

Required Skills

- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent communication and patient counselling abilities.
- Knowledge of naturopathy therapies, nutrition, detoxification, and lifestyle medicine.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary wellness setting.
- Professional, compassionate, and guest-focused approach.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in wellness retreats or integrative healthcare settings.
- Knowledge of Yoga therapy and preventive healthcare.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) is an advantage.

Working Schedule

- 6 days a week (Rotational week off)
- Flexible shifts as per operational requirements
