We are looking for an experienced and driven Quality Head to lead our quality assurance function in the home furnishing & textile industry at Sonipat. If you have a strong eye for quality, leadership skills, and deep industry knowledge — we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

· Lead & manage the QC/QA team for fabric, yarn & home furnishing products

· Oversee in-house testing and coordinate with outsource testing bodies

· Drive buyer audits & compliance — handle buyer queries and quality approvals

· Implement and maintain quality standards (ISO, ASTM, AATCC) across production

· Manage vendor quality control — inspect raw materials and finished goods

· Prepare TRF reports, quality MIS and present findings to senior management

· Develop & train the quality team on SOPs and testing procedures





· Ensure compliance with safety, environmental & regulatory standards

Requirements

· Graduate in Textile Technology, Textile Chemistry or related field

· 10–12 years of experience in textile / home furnishing quality management

· Strong knowledge of fabric, yarn & home furnishing testing and quality standards

· Hands-on experience with buyer audits, lab management & vendor QC

· Proficient in MS Excel & Word; valuable reporting & communication skills

· Familiarity with ISO / ASTM / AATCC standards is a must
