Position: Client Coordination Executive

We are looking for a smart, organized, and proactive candidate for client coordination, vendor follow-ups, quotation handling, and order management activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with clients and vendors regarding inquiries and ongoing orders
- Prepare and share quotations, order details, and required documentation
- Follow up on inquiries, approvals, deliveries, and pending updates




- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and dispatch
- Handle communication through calls, emails, and WhatsApp
- Maintain proper records and daily follow-up reports
- Ensure smooth coordination till order closure

Required Skills:

- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Emails
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow-ups efficiently
- 2–3 years of experience in client coordination / backend operations / sales support preferred
- Organized and detail-oriented approach
