- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues.
- Document and communicate findings and solutions clearly to stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance system reliability.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.

Skilled & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in O9 Data Integration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities related to data integration processes.
- Experience in monitoring and troubleshooting complex software systems.
- Ability to work with multiple components of business-critical applications.
- Effective communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with system performance tuning and issue diagnosis.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in O9 Data Integration.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
