About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled PLC/SCADA Programmer with strong hands-on experience in Mitsubishi (or similar) PLCs. The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in industrial automation, site project execution, and direct exposure to PLC/SCADA-based control systems. Key Responsibilities:
- Execute PLC/SCADA programming and software development for industrial control system applications.
- Handling Project whole life cycle and Having Mitsubishi IQR/Siemens PLC- S7 400 and S7 -1500
- Work on site-level projects involving installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
- Manage site activities including cable laying, terminations, loop testing, contractor coordination, and PLC troubleshooting.
- Actively participate in FAT (Factory Acceptance Test), SAT (Site Acceptance Test), and ITP (Inspection & Test Plan) activities.
- Design, document, and develop backend databases for handling time-series data used in analysis and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with project timelines and quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and project teams.
Candidate Requirements:
- Mandatory: Hardcore hands-on experience in PLC & SCADA (Mitsubishi preferred; similar PLCs acceptable).
- Must have direct site exposure (installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting).
- Minimum 3 years of experience (1 job switch acceptable).
- Valuable communication skills and presentable personality.
- Proficiency in English with confidence in client and site interactions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics, Instrumentation, Automation, or related field.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and in team-based environments.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
