Job Summary

Responsible for day-to-day administration, configuration and maintenance of Active Directory, enterprise firewalls, ESET endpoint protection, wireless infrastructure (RADIUS/802.1X), GCP and Microsoft 365 tenant administration, end-user system configuration and maintenance, and creation/maintenance of ISO-compliant documentation. Ensures secure, available infrastructure and enforces identity and access controls including MFA.

Key Responsibilities:

➢ SaaS Administration: User lifecycle management (creation/deletion) in Microsoft 365 and GCP.

➢ Identity Security: Implementation and enforcement of MFA and Conditional Access policies.

➢ Licensing: Managing cloud subscriptions, license assignments, and resource access (IAM).

➢ Active Directory: Full administration of users, groups, GPOs, and OU structures.

➢ Firewall & Security:



Configuration and monitoring of enterprise firewalls, VPNs, and security policies.

➢ Wireless (RADIUS): Complete setup of Access Points using RADIUS/802.1X for secure authentication.

➢ Endpoint Protection: Deployment and policy management of ESET across all user systems.

➢ User Systems: Full OS configuration, hardware maintenance, and troubleshooting for end-users.

➢ ISO Documentation: Drafting and maintaining IT policies and evidence for ISO 27001

compliance/audits.

➢ Asset Management: Maintaining up-to-date IT asset registers and network documentation

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
