We are looking for a Field Service Engineer (FSE) with a strong refrigeration background to handle installation, servicing, and maintenance of equipment at customer sites. The ideal candidate is hands-on, mobile, and comfortable with frequent field travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out installation, commissioning, servicing, and breakdown maintenance of refrigeration equipment at customer locations.
- Diagnose and resolve technical faults efficiently to minimize customer downtime.
- Conduct preventive maintenance visits as per schedule.
- Maintain accurate service reports, spare parts usage, and customer visit logs.
- Coordinate with the service team/back office for spare parts requirements and escalations.
- Travel to customer sites (including outstation) as required — company will arrange/support outstation travel.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and skilled service delivery.
Candidate Requirements
- ITI or Diploma is mandatory (Refrigeration/Mechanical/Electrical or related trade).
- Strong hands-on experience/background in refrigeration systems (compressors, condensers, evaporators, refrigerants, etc.).
- Must own a bike/two-wheeler for local travel.
- Willingness to travel extensively, including outstation assignments.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Basic communication skills to interact with customers and report issues clearly.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
