- Represent buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants in real estate transactions.
- Conduct client consultations to understand needs, budget, preferences, and timelines.
- Source, evaluate, and present suitable properties to clients.
- Prepare listing presentations, pricing recommendations, and comparative market analyses.
- Coordinate property showings, open houses, and client meetings.
- Market properties through approved channels, including digital platforms and qualified networks.
- Negotiate offers, counteroffers, and contract terms on behalf of clients.
- Guide clients through disclosures, inspections, appraisals, financing, and closing processes.
- Maintain accurate records, transaction files, and communication logs.
- Collaborate with lenders, attorneys, inspectors, appraisers, title companies, and other stakeholders.
- Stay informed on local market conditions, real estate laws, financing trends, and industry best practices.
