KRAKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)1. Production Planning & ExecutionPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans to ensure timely completion of all orders as per dispatch schedule.2. On-Time Order DeliveryAchieve 100% on-time completion of production orders without compromising quality standards.3. Production Target AchievementEnsure daily production targets are achieved across Cutting, Stitching, Finishing, and Packing.4. Manpower ManagementAllocate manpower efficiently, monitor attendance, productivity, overtime, and contractor performance.5. Quality ControlCoordinate with the QA team to minimize defects, alterations, and rejections throughout production.6. WIP (Work-in-Progress) MonitoringTrack WIP at every production stage and resolve bottlenecks to maintain smooth workflow.7. Machine Utilization & MaintenanceEnsure optimum utilization of machinery and coordinate preventive maintenance to reduce downtime.8. Material CoordinationCoordinate with Purchase, Merchandising, Warehouse, and Stores to ensure timely availability of fabric, trims, and accessories.9. Cost & Waste ControlMinimize fabric wastage, thread consumption, rework, overtime, and production losses while maintaining productivity.10. Productivity ImprovementMonitor operator efficiency, line balancing, SMV, and implement continuous process improvements.11. Production MIS & ReportingSubmit daily, weekly,



and monthly reports covering production, WIP, rejection, efficiency, manpower, overtime, and pending orders.12. Order CoordinationCoordinate with Merchandising, Sampling, QA, and Dispatch teams for smooth execution of customer orders.13. Compliance & SafetyEnsure compliance with company SOPs, safety standards, labor laws, housekeeping (5S), and audit requirements.14. Team DevelopmentTrain supervisors, line leaders, and operators to improve productivity, quality, and skill development.15. Customer Complaint ResolutionSupport quality and merchandising teams in resolving production-related customer complaints and implementing corrective actions.Key Performance Targets (KPIs)
