The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a passion for hiring the right talent. ## Responsibilities * Source candidates through job portals and social media. * Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews. * Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers. * Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process. * Maintain recruitment records and candidate databases. * Achieve daily and monthly hiring targets. ## Eligibility * Graduate in any discipline.
