Transcurators is seeking a skilled Human Resource Manager to join our Human Resources team in Delhi. This full time, on-site position presents an exciting opportunity to shape our HR strategy and support organizational growth within the Information Services industry.

As a Human Resource Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing human resource policies and programs that align with our business objectives. You will play a key role in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management, ensuring that we attract and retain top talent in the field.

We offer a competitive salary range of INR 300,000 - INR 450,000 annually, along with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional development.

Responsibilities

- Oversee recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies
- Develop and administer HR policies and procedures
- Manage employee onboarding and training programs




- Facilitate performance appraisal processes and employee development
- Address employee relations issues and foster a positive workplace culture
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Conduct training sessions to enhance employee skills
- Analyze HR metrics to improve processes and employee satisfaction

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in HR management
- Strong understanding of HR practices and employment laws
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in HR software and management systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in performance management systems
