- Roles & Responsibilities :

- Oversee end-to-end warehouse and logistics operations, including receiving, storage, inventory, distribution, and inbound/outbound logistics.
- Manage multiple warehouses across India and ensure efficient domestic and global logistics operations.
- Lead and develop warehouse teams, ensuring high performance and operational excellence.
- Coordinate with production, procurement, and supply chain teams to ensure material availability and on-time deliveries.
- Optimize warehouse processes, inventory levels, storage capacity, and cost efficiency.
- Monitor warehouse performance, maintain budgets, and drive continuous process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Desired Qualifications & Skills Required :





- Strong leadership experience in warehouse, logistics, and supply chain management.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), logistics software, and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of inventory control, domestic and international logistics, and warehouse best practices.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively under pressure.
