Mandatory Requirements (Strict Compliance)

ONLY candidates meeting the following criteria will be considered:

Educational Qualifications: MA in Economics and B.Ed.

Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of teaching experience in CBSE or ICSE curriculum.

Track Record: Must have successfully handled and sent at least two batches of students for Grade 12 Board Examinations.

Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and subject-matter expert for the position of PGT Economics. The candidate should have a deep understanding of Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, and Indian Economic Development, with a proven ability to simplify complex economic theories for senior secondary students.

Key Responsibilities

- Instructional Leadership: Prepare and deliver comprehensive lesson plans for Grades 11 and 12 in accordance with the CBSE syllabus.
- Result Orientation: Focus on Board Examination performance by conducting regular mock tests, analyzing previous years' papers,



and refining students' answer-writing techniques.
- Project Guidance: Supervise and mentor students on their mandatory Economics projects as per Board guidelines.
- Analytical Development: Encourage critical thinking regarding current economic affairs and their application to theoretical concepts.

Selection Process

Shortlisted candidates will undergo a two-step evaluation:

- Teaching Demonstration: A live demo on any topic of your choice to assess classroom management and delivery style.
- Subject Interview: A technical round involving detailed subject-specific questions to verify academic depth.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Arcot, Tamil Nadu (Arcot): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:
