Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹60,000 per month (Based on experience and qualifications) + Performance Incentives

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate, experienced, and child-centric Pre-Primary Head to lead our Early Years Programme (Nursery, LKG & UKG). The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring academic excellence, curriculum implementation, teacher mentoring, parent engagement, and the overall development of young learners.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee the academic and administrative functioning of the Pre-Primary section.
- Ensure effective implementation of the Early Years curriculum through play-based and experiential learning.
- Mentor, coach, and evaluate Pre-Primary teachers to enhance classroom practices.
- Monitor lesson planning, classroom observations, and child assessment processes.
- Create a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment for children.
- Plan and coordinate events, celebrations, field trips, and parent engagement activities.
- Work closely with the Principal to achieve academic and operational goals.
- Support admission counselling and parent orientation programmes.
- Ensure compliance with school policies, child safety standards, and quality benchmarks.




- Maintain effective communication with parents regarding children's learning and development.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree with B.Ed. (Mandatory).
- Master's degree and specialization in Early Childhood Education (ECE), Montessori, or related field will be an added advantage.
- 5–10 years of teaching experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role in a Pre-Primary or Early Years setting.
