Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and organized Administration & Office In-Charge to manage day-to-day office operations and administrative activities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily office administration and operations.
Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
Maintain office records, documents, and reports.
Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
Assist management with scheduling, reporting, and administrative tasks.
Support HR, procurement, and general office activities.
Ensure smooth and efficient office functioning.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Candidate:
Candidates with prior experience in the solar industry will be given preference.
Experience in office administration or office management is an added advantage.
