About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Pre-Primary Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a nurturing attitude, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of early childhood education principles.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to the learning needs of young children.
- Foster a positive and stimulating classroom setting that encourages curiosity and creativity.
- Use interactive and play-based learning methods to enhance students' cognitive and social skills.
- Ensure the holistic development of children through activities focused on language, numeracy, motor skills, and emotional well-being.
- Maintain discipline and promote good behavior among students.
- Conduct regular assessments to track student progress and communicate with parents regarding their child's development.
- Ensure a safe and hygienic classroom environment.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the learning experience.

Requirements:





- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education / Montessori Training / Diploma in Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) or equivalent.
- Prior experience as a Pre-Primary Teacher or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong understanding of child psychology and development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Creative, patient, and passionate about working with children.
- Ability to engage and manage a classroom effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,639.31 - ₹25,000.00 per month
