Role Overview
We are looking for a confident communicator who can interact with candidates, clients, and business contacts. The ideal person should be comfortable speaking in Hindi and/or English and should be interested in helping grow the business.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with candidates and clients via calls and messages
- Build and maintain professional relationships
- Follow up with leads and inquiries
- Support business development activities
- Coordinate remotely with the team
- Contribute ideas for business growth
Requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and proactive attitude
- Ability to work independently
- Basic understanding of online tools and communication platforms
This is a revenue-sharing/profit-sharing opportunity and not a fixed-salary position. Earnings will be linked to performance and business growth. Complete details will be discussed during the interview process.
