Job Overview

Lappy Maker is looking for a creative and confident Social Media Executive with experience in camera-facing video content creation and social media management. The candidate must have strong English communication skills along with mandatory video editing and anchoring skills to create engaging digital content for the brand.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging video content for social media platforms while confidently facing the camera.
- Perform anchoring/presenting in promotional and informational videos.
- Edit reels, shorts, and promotional videos professionally for different social media platforms.
- Manage and handle the organization’s social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
- Plan, shoot, edit, and publish social media content regularly.
- Develop creative content ideas aligned with brand goals and current trends.
- Write captions, social media posts, and promotional content in fluent English.
- Monitor social media performance and audience engagement.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns and promotions.
- Maintain consistency in branding, communication, and online presence.





Required Skills

- Valuable fluency in spoken and written English.
- Strong camera presence and confidence in anchoring/video presentations.
- Video editing skills are mandatory.
- Anchoring and camera-facing presentation skills are mandatory.
- Knowledge of video editing software/apps such as Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva, VN, Filmora, etc.
- Understanding of social media trends and platform algorithms.
- Creative thinking and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Qualification

- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Media Studies, or any related field.
- Candidates with relevant certifications in Digital Marketing, Video Editing, or Content Creation will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Passionate about social media and digital branding.
- Comfortable appearing in videos and interacting with audiences online.
- Updated with current social media trends and viral content formats.
