Job Title: Senior Full Stack EngineerOverview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Engineer with solid experience in modern frontend and backend technologies, including ReactJS, Java Spring Boot, Node.js, and Python. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications while contributing to architecture decisions and mentoring junior developers.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using ReactJS, Java Spring Boot, Node.js, and Python
- Build responsive, high-performance user interfaces and reusable frontend components
- Develop robust, scalable backend services and RESTful APIs
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to define and deliver features
- Ensure code quality through unit testing, integration testing, and code reviews
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment
- Work with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for deployment and infrastructure
- Troubleshoot and debug production issues
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to best practices and technical standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 4–7+ years of experience in full stack development
- Strong proficiency in:
- Frontend: ReactJS, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3
- Backend: Java (Spring Boot), Node.js, Python
- Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Familiarity with databases:




- SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
- NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB)
- Experience with version control systems (Git)
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.)
- Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes is a plus)
- Strong understanding of software design patterns and system design
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with cloud-native development (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Knowledge of GraphQL and event-driven architectures
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Experience with performance tuning and application monitoring tools
- Prior experience leading projects or teams

Education

- Open-source contributions or technical blogging

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
