About the Role

We are seeking an articulate, creative, and detail-oriented Architect – Client Lead & Design Projects to handle luxury residential and boutique commercial projects in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad. This is a studio-focused and client-facing role ideal for designers who excel at turning client visions into inspiring architectural concepts while collaborating with our business growth and project execution teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Client Engagement & Concept Pitching: Lead initial design consultations, present 3D walkthroughs, mood boards, and spatial plans directly to prospective clients to convert inquiries into signed projects.
- Architectural Planning & Working Drawings: Create detailed floor plans, 2D/3D layouts, structural coordination details, elevations, and municipal clearance concepts (GHMC).
- Sales & Business Support: Translate client requirements into preliminary architectural proposals and present high-value design solutions to help close project deals.
- On-Site Quality & Design Alignment Visits: Perform periodic site visits in Jubilee Hills and surrounding areas to ensure physical execution matches approved architectural drawings and client expectations.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:



Coordinate closely with structural engineers, MEP consultants, and interior styling teams to maintain design integrity throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 2–5 years of core architectural design and client presentation experience (luxury residential experience is a major plus).
- Education: B.Arch from a recognized university or equivalent architectural degree.
- Software Proficiency: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion / V-Ray, Photoshop, MS Office.
- Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal, written, and visual communication skills in English and Telugu (Hindi is a plus). Confident, polished, and persuasive presence during client interactions.
- Location: Based in or able to commute daily to Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad.
