Job Summary

The Dispatch Supervisor is responsible for planning and supervising the dispatch of finished transformers, ensuring timely deliveries, accurate documentation, safe loading, and compliance with company quality and safety standards. The role coordinates with Production, Stores, QA/QC, Sales, and transporters to ensure smooth dispatch operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and supervise daily dispatch activities to meet customer delivery schedules.
- Verify finished transformers, accessories, and dispatch documents before shipment.
- Coordinate vehicle availability, loading, packing, and secure transportation.
- Maintain dispatch records, inventory updates, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments and transporters to resolve dispatch-related issues.
- Ensure adherence to safety procedures and maintain housekeeping in the dispatch area.

Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical,



Mechanical, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, or warehouse operations, preferably in transformer or electrical equipment manufacturing.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
