- Counsel prospective students and parents about our courses and programs.
- Handle walk-in enquiries, phone calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and online leads.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Explain course details, fee structure, schedules, and admission procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.
- Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams for a smooth enrolment process.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.
- Assist students with general queries before and after admission.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (mandatory).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, email, etc.).
- Ability to build rapport with students and parents.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Robust follow-up and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
