We are currently hiring for Business Associate and HR Executive positions. As a Business Associate, you will be responsible for generating leads, identifying potential customers, and promoting both secured and unsecured loan products. Your role includes understanding customer requirements, collecting and verifying documents, coordinating with the credit and operations teams, and ensuring smooth loan processing until disbursement. As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, onboarding, client relationship management, and delivering end-to-end HR solutions to organizations. Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
