Are you highly organized, proactive, and great at communicating with people? We're looking for a dedicated Coordination Intern to help manage daily operations, ensure smooth communication between teams, and support the successful execution of projects and events.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Follow up with clients, partners, schools, volunteers, and stakeholders.
- Maintain records, reports, and project documentation.
- Assist in planning and executing events, workshops, and campaigns.
- Track project progress and provide regular status updates.
- Handle basic administrative and operational responsibilities.
- Ensure smooth communication across different departments.
Skills We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
