Craft Interactive Technologies is seeking a proactive and customer-focused ERP Implementation Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ERP implementations, preferably ERPNext, and will be responsible for managing end-to-end implementation activities, ensuring successful project delivery, and providing exceptional customer support throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities Project Implementation & Delivery

- Manage ERP implementation projects from initiation through go-live and post-implementation support.
- Gather, analyze, and document client requirements to ensure ERP solutions align with business objectives and operational processes.
- Develop project plans, implementation schedules, and resource allocation strategies to ensure timely execution.
- Conduct project kick-off meetings and maintain effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure successful delivery.
- Coordinate with functional and technical teams to configure and customize ERP solutions based on client requirements.
- Ensure project milestones and deliverables are achieved within agreed timelines and quality standards.

Client Training & Support

- Conduct end-user training sessions and facilitate knowledge transfer to support successful system adoption.
- Provide assistance during testing, user acceptance, go-live, and post-implementation activities.
- Address client queries and coordinate with relevant teams for timely issue resolution.
- Build and maintain solid client relationships to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Reporting & Process Improvement





- Prepare and share project status reports, implementation updates, and progress reviews with clients and management.
- Track project activities and maintain accurate implementation documentation.
- Collect client feedback and recommend improvements to implementation methodologies and processes.
- Contribute to the development of best practices, standards, and documentation to enhance delivery efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in ERP implementation, project coordination, or a similar role, preferably with ERPNext.
- Strong understanding of ERP business processes and implementation methodologies.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective ERP solutions.
- Proactive problem-solving skills with a robust focus on customer success.
- Experience in client training, user support, and post-implementation activities will be an added advantage.
