We are looking for an enthusiastic, confident merchandiser with minimum 2 years of experience in Merchandising / buying / sourcing - Textile.
Requirements:
- Knowledge in Textiles - Fabric qualities, Manufacturing techniques and testing methods
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser for a manufacturer or buying house
- Ability to handle right from sampling, order placement till shipment
- Ability to travel to the supplier's unit to monitor when required
- Costing and Negotiation skills
- Proficient in English oral and written
- Valuable computer skills
