We are looking for a responsible and experienced Fuel Station Manager to oversee the daily operations of our fuel station in Peroor, Kerala. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining fuel and inventory records, handling cash and billing operations, and ensuring compliance with all safety and company policies.

Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the fuel station.
- Supervise pump attendants and other station staff.
- Ensure accurate cash handling and daily sales reconciliation.
- Monitor fuel stock and inventory levels.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and operational standards.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues.
- Prepare daily and monthly reports for management.
- Coordinate with suppliers, service providers,



and the head office.
- Recruit, train, and evaluate staff performance.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Supervisory or managerial experience in a fuel station, retail outlet, supermarket, or hospitality industry.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, billing/POS software).
- Ability to work independently and handle operational responsibilities.
- Fluency in Malayalam; English is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
