We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Diamond Jewellery Sales Representative to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist walk-in customers and handle phone inquiries professionally.
- Promote and sell lab grown diamond jewellery while delivering an excellent customer experience.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the store's products and services.
- Ensure attractive product displays and the safety of jewellery at the sales counter.
- Follow up with customer leads to generate sales.

Requirements:

- Experience in jewellery or retail sales is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Willingness to work on Sundays and public holidays.
