Job Responsibilities:

- Conduct or Assist CRP and Elaboration sessions
- Develop Oracle Retail Merchandising project of any complexity
- Design, Estimate and build specifications to meet business objectives.
- Provide solution leadership to a diverse team in assessing and recommending the optimal solutions.
- Assess impacts of system changes and ensure effective delivery of application functionality and integration.
- Co-ordinate with PM and onshore DM or client to carry out day-to-day operations of the project
- Ability to lead the team of 5-6 technical consultants, provide the guidance as applicable.
- Must be able to independently manage simultaneous projects, communicate effectively, and have a customer-service oriented approach.

Educational Qualification:

B.E / B. Tech / M. C. A./ M. S./ M. Tech

Experience:

- 10+ years of experience
- BE/MCA/BTech with functional domain knowledge of 6+ yrs of experience




- Experience in 2-3 full cycle Oracle Retail MoM applications implementation is a MUST
- Deep technical understanding of RMS/ReSA/RPM/ReIM/RIB architecture and business processes
- Expertise in integration and understanding of RWMS/OMS/Xstore/OROB modules is MUST
- Robust hands-on experience in Forms, Pro*C, Data, Batchprocesses, PL/SQL is MUST, web services and ADF is good to have
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent presentations skills
- Should be self-starter and work independently
- Able to cope up with tight deadlinesOthers
- Participate and contribute in a cross-functional team environment
- Articulate technical concepts to the business and technical community
- Work with other teams
- Collaborate across teams where there are dependencies
