Position Overview
We are seeking a results-oriented and customer-focused Business Development Executive to support collection operations and marketing initiatives. The role requires robust communication skills, financial awareness, and the ability to engage positively with customers.
Key Responsibilities
Collections
- Contact customers professionally to follow up on outstanding payments.
- Implement effective collection strategies to reduce overdue accounts.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment status.
- Build positive relationships while ensuring timely recoveries.
Marketing Support
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Support the creation of marketing content such as social media posts, emails, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to understand customer feedback and market trends.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in collections, customer service, business development, or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of marketing concepts and customer engagement.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with marketing tools is an added advantage.
