Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full-Time

About Us

My Speech Doctor is a multidisciplinary rehabilitation center committed to delivering evidence-based, compassionate, and client-centered care. We work with children and adults across speech, language, swallowing, voice, cognitive-communication, autism, ADHD, neurorehabilitation, and audiology. We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist who is passionate about clinical excellence and lifelong learning.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct speech, language, communication, and swallowing assessments.
- Plan and deliver individualized, evidence-based therapy.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
- Educate and counsel patients and caregivers.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve the best clinical outcomes.
- Uphold qualified and ethical standards in accordance with RCI guidelines.

Qualifications

- BASLP or MASLP/M.Sc. in Speech-Language Pathology/Audiology.
- Valid RCI registration.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Clinical experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Strong communication, documentation,



and interpersonal skills.

Workload & Incentives

- Standard caseload of up to 7 therapy sessions per day.
- Performance incentives are provided for sessions conducted beyond 7 patients per day, allowing you to earn additional income based on your productivity.
