We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations for our growing e-commerce business. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally ERP, payment reconciliations, and statutory compliance. This role offers an opportunity to work on accounting, finance, and e-commerce operations while ensuring accurate financial records and smooth business processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records in Tally ERP
- Manage purchase, sales, receipts, payments, and bank entries
- Perform bank reconciliation and payment reconciliation
- Handle e-commerce payment reconciliation (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
- Prepare GST, TDS, and TCS data and assist in statutory compliance
- Maintain invoices, vouchers, ledgers,



and financial records
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and CA for accounting and compliance activities
- Assist in MIS reports and other accounting-related tasks

Required Skills

- Minimum 1 year of accounting experience
- Hands-on experience with Tally ERP (Mandatory)
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, TCS, and accounting principles
- Positive analytical, communication, and organizational skills

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
