Job Summary

Normiqo Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to manage audit and compliance activities for export manufacturing organizations. The role includes machinery compliance records, fire & safety, employee trainings, CAPA, Non-Conformities (NCs), voluntary disclosures, audit checklists, documentation, and coordination of internal and external audits.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain machinery-related compliance records and documentation.
- Plan and maintain Fire & Safety training and mock drill records.
- Coordinate mandatory employee trainings and maintain records.
- Prepare, implement, and monitor CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
- Track, investigate, and close Non-Conformities (NCs).
- Maintain audit checklists and compliance documentation.
- Prepare and maintain Voluntary Disclosure documentation.
- Coordinate internal, external, customer, and certification audits.




- Ensure timely closure of audit observations.
- Prepare MIS, compliance reports, and audit dashboards.
- Support ISO and export manufacturing compliance requirements.
- Maintain document control and record management.

Qualification & Experience -

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

- Experience: 3–5 years in Audit, Compliance, Quality, EHS, or Export Manufacturing.

- ISO/Safety certifications are an added advantage.
