About the Role
We are seeking a creative and driven Student Recruitment Officer to lead our marketing, social media, and student recruitment efforts. This role combines content creation with relationship management, helping us attract and enrol students across a range of courses from both India and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and produce marketing materials including posters, flyers, and promotional videos for various courses and recruitment campaigns.
- Manage and grow the College's social media presence across platforms, creating engaging content to build brand awareness and drive enquiries.
- Coordinate with education agents and partners based in India and abroad to source and recruit prospective students.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential students, guiding them through the enquiry and application process.
- Support and execute recruitment drives, events,



and campaigns to meet enrolment targets.
- Track campaign performance and student engagement to improve future marketing activity.

Requirements

- Experience in marketing, social media management, or student/international recruitment (education sector preferred).
- Solid skills in content creation and design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Suite, video editing software).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with international agents and diverse student audiences.
- Self-motivated, organised, and able to meet targets.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 per month
