Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to source, screen, and recruit suitable candidates for various job openings. The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to meet monthly hiring targets.

Freshers who are interested in building a career in Human Resources are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct telephonic interviews and schedule interviews with the hiring team.
- Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
- Achieve monthly hiring and recruitment targets.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.





Eligibility

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Graduation preferred.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
