Job Title: Junior Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Engineer to support execution of a luxury high-rise residential project. The candidate will assist senior engineers and project managers in day-to-day site operations, quality control, and coordination with contractors to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1. Site Execution & Supervision

Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.

Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and construction standards.

Monitor RCC, finishing, masonry, plaster, waterproofing, and MEP coordination works.

Maintain proper sequencing of activities as per construction schedule.

2. Quality Control

Check workmanship and materials as per quality standards.

Conduct site inspections and prepare snag/punch lists.

Ensure compliance with project specifications and safety norms.

3. Contractor & Vendor Coordination

Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants,



and suppliers.

Verify measurements and certify contractors’ running bills (RA Bills).

Track labour productivity and daily work progress.

4. Documentation & Reporting

Maintain DPR (Daily Progress Report) and site records.

Update drawings, BOQ tracking, and measurement sheets.

Assist in preparation of bar bending schedule (BBS) and material reconciliation.

5. Planning & Scheduling Support

Assist in preparing weekly and monthly work schedules.

Follow up on material requirements and site resources.

Report delays and propose corrective actions to seniors.

6. Safety & Compliance

Ensure safety procedures and PPE usage at site.

Support implementation of company safety policies and statutory requirements.

Required Qualifications

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

2–3 years experience in residential construction (preferably high-rise buildings)

Knowledge of RCC and finishing works is essential

Skills Required

Understanding of construction drawings (structural & architectural)

Knowledge of BOQ, quantity estimation & measurement

Basic AutoCAD knowledge (preferred)

Familiarity with construction quality standards

Good communication and coordination skills

Problem-solving ability and attention to detail

Preferred Experience

Experience in luxury residential or high-rise projects

Knowledge of project documentation and billing
