RLT Edzaro is looking for a passionate and experienced DevOps Trainer to deliver practical and industry-oriented training in DevOps, Cloud, Automation, and CI/CD practices. The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience with DevOps tools and technologies, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching and mentoring students.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct classroom and hands-on training sessions on DevOps and Cloud technologies.
- Teach DevOps concepts, methodologies, automation, and CI/CD practices.
- Provide practical labs, assignments, exercises, and real-world project-based training.
- Train students on source code management, build automation, continuous integration, continuous deployment, and monitoring.
- Guide students in implementing DevOps pipelines and deploying applications.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, practical exercises, and training materials.
- Conduct regular assessments, quizzes, practical tests, and technical challenges.
- Help students troubleshoot technical issues related to DevOps tools and environments.
- Mentor students in developing real-time DevOps projects.
- Prepare students for DevOps certification exams, technical interviews, and placement opportunities.
- Conduct mock interviews and placement-oriented technical sessions.
- Monitor student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain attendance, assessment records,



and student progress reports.
- Stay updated with the latest DevOps tools, cloud technologies, and industry best practices.

Required Technical Skills

- Strong knowledge of DevOps concepts, tools, and practices.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Git & GitHub / GitLab
- Jenkins
- Docker
- Kubernetes
- Ansible
- Terraform
- Maven / Gradle
- CI/CD Pipelines
- Linux
- Shell Scripting
- Knowledge of at least one major cloud platform:
- AWS
- Microsoft Azure
- Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Good understanding of Cloud Computing and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Python or Shell scripting is preferred.
- Understanding of DevSecOps practices is an added advantage.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, MCA, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, Cloud Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), or DevOps Trainer.
- Prior experience in an IT training institute or educational environment is preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and practical manner.
