Description

Lead and supervise complete shift operations across API manufacturing blocks. Execute daily production plans to achieve output, yield, and productivity targets. Ensure adherence to Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), SOPs, and approved process parameters. Monitor all critical manufacturing activities including reaction, filtration, centrifugation, drying, milling, blending, and packing. Ensure smooth shift handover with proper documentation and communication. Coordinate with Planning, Warehouse, QA, QC, Engineering, Utilities, and EHS for uninterrupted operations. Lead a team of Production Officers, Executives, Operators, Technicians, and Contract Workmen. Allocate manpower based on production priorities. Monitor shift discipline, attendance,



productivity, and performance. Mentor team members and develop future shift leaders. Conduct shift meetings and communicate production priorities and safety requirements. Ensure compliance with all EHS policies and secure operating procedures. Promote a strong safety culture and zero-incident workplace. Verify use of PPE and permit-to-work systems. Participate in HAZOP, risk assessments, safety observations, and incident investigations. Ensure safe handling of hazardous chemicals and solvents.
