We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Insurance Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, understanding their financial and insurance needs, and guiding them toward the right insurance products. This is a 100% inside sales / telesales role with no field travel required.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct Outreach: Connect with prospective customers via phone calls to pitch financial and insurance products.
- Consultative Selling: Understand customer requirements, explain policy advantages, and recommend suitable insurance plans.
- Lead Management: Effectively follow up on leads, address customer queries, and drive end-to-end sales conversions.
- Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage renewals or referrals.
- Goal Achievement: Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: * Minimum 6 months to 3 years of experience in Telesales, Inside Sales, or Outbound Calling.
- Prior experience in Insurance Sales (Life, Health,
or General Insurance) is highly preferred and will be an added advantage.
- Language Proficiency (Mandatory): * Hindi: Must be completely fluent with excellent communication skills.
- Regional Language: Proficiency in at least one South Indian regional language (Kannada, Tamil, or Telugu) is highly preferred to handle diverse customer portfolios.
- Skills: Strong convincing skills, active listening, resilience, and a result-oriented mindset.
- Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduate in any stream.
