Knowledgeable in managing and monitoring Azure Security services, including configuring security policies, reviewing alerts, and supporting compliance checks under supervision.

Knowledgeable in configuring and managing Fortigate Firewall policies, NAT rules, and basic security features, while monitoring logs and assisting in troubleshooting under guidance.

Aware of supporting GlobalProtect VPN operations, including user onboarding, basic configuration changes, and troubleshooting connectivity issues under guidance.

Aware of assisting in Palo Alto Firewall operations,



including rulebase changes, NAT configurations, and basic threat prevention monitoring under guidance.

Communicates clearly, concisely, and professionally across all levels of interaction. Works efficiently within cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless coordination and alignment during issue resolution. Handles escalations effectively by providing comprehensive analysis, relevant logs, and detailed observations to higher-level teams, enabling faster and more accurate resolution.

Supervises junior employees, ensures delivery quality and standards adherence, and supports onboarding, training, and stakeholder coordination.

Provides second-level support, reviews junior employees work, and offers day-to-day guidance to improve quality and first-time resolution.
