We are looking for a confident, well-spoken, and responsible Telecaller who can communicate effectively with engineers, explain course modules, handle follow-ups, and support.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Call and communicate with engineers interested in courses

✅ Explain:

* Course modules

* Training process

* Career opportunities

* Batch details

* Fee structure

✅ Handle daily follow-ups with engineers

✅ Convert inquiries into admissions through proper counseling

✅ Manage engineer data and follow-up records

✅ Coordinate with branch team and trainers

✅ Support branch management and daily operational activities

✅ Handle student doubts and basic query resolution

✅ Maintain professional communication through:

* Calls

* WhatsApp

* Emails

✅ Ensure proper engineer engagement and admission coordination

Required Skills

Communication Skills:

Good Hindi communication

Basic English understanding





Confident speaking ability

Skilled conversation skills

Basic Computer Knowledge

MS Excel / Google Sheets

WhatsApp & Email Handling

CRM/Follow-up Management (Preferred)

Preferred Candidate

✔ Good communication & convincing skills

✔ Positive attitude and professional behavior

✔ Ability to handle multiple engineers daily

✔ Organized and responsible personality

✔ Interest in education/training industry preferred

✔ Female candidates preferred (optional, if applicable)

Experience

Fresher with good communication skills can apply

OR

1–3 Years Experience in telecalling/counseling preferred
